Phil, Cubs and Cub Low Boys of the 1958 model year likely are rated at 10.39 max belt horsepower as recorded at Nebraska. The latest test of a Cub by Nebraska was done in 1956. The 60's vintage machine likely is the same rating. Nebraska did not run PTO tests until 1959 as belt ratings fell out of favor because of the declining use of belt powered equipment. PTO ratings are slightly less than what would be recorded at the belt pulley. The 130 was tested at Nebraska in 1957 and yielded 21.38 max belt HP. My dad has a sharp looking 130 with a 60" Woods belly mower. This machine is a mowin' fool! Joe
