Look at the loader cylinder on my 300U. The ram is actually a hollow tube, with an outside diameter a close fit to the inside diameter of the cylinder bore. Because there is no air space on the non-pressure end of the cylinder, there is no need for a vent. The piston seals don't really exist, there is just a ring that centers the ram in the bore. The seals are in the cylinder "cap" that fits over the ram and screws onto the outside of the cylinder body. Another way to look at it is that there is no piston, just a telescoping tube arrangement. BTW, that's not me in the picture, just some guy that has one of them green tractors. He is smiling because he didn't have to hear that funny pop-pop noise. ;o)
