Hey all...

I went to a local farm auction in South Central Pennsylvania that had some interestind Red stuff for sale....prices were a bit whacky...

Super A gas tank, no dents, just professionally reprimed and resealed, like new condition - $15

M hood - paint poor, a few cracks in the tin, and a few dents, not unrepairable - $10

IHC hydrolic cylinder, unknown if it works, unknown pressure rating - $85

1948 Farmall "H" - paint poor, tin about 60%, aftermarket hydrolic valve to change 1 way to two way hydrolics, tires about 30%, swinging drawbar, new lights, started right away and purred, but had obvious oil, gas and tranny fluid leaks. - interesting bidding...it bid up to $900, but since it had a reserve (unadvertised with the rest of the sale) - seller stated he wouldn't sell it for less than $1400 and the top bidder was agreeable to that. Personally I thought that was way too much for an "H" in that condition, in this area, but hey....I know what Farmall fever feels like too....

1086 turbo, don't know what year, but original owner said it had about 4500 hours on it, third set of tires at about 95%, mechanically sound and no visible signs of abuse or neglect, started immediately and ran like it was new - $12,000

1066, same basic picture as above, but with nice cab - $5500

just some info....wish I'd gotten the years and serial numbers of the 10XX's but they were selling at 3 different locations on the farm and I needed to get some other stuff...
