I would appreciate anyone that can help me out here.I am restoring a "52" farmall M.This is kind of hard to explain but here is the problem.I took off the carb while painting the tractor.I rebuilt the carb and put it back on.Now for some reason the linkage is out of line. With the top throttle linkage in the slow idle position, its like the governor is in the wide open position.I checked and made sure the tube shaft is in the notch in the carb correctley and it is.If I unhook the bottom linkgage from the top linkage and move the bottom linkage by hand the governor shaft moves counter clockwise like it should(is this correct). But when I hook it all back up like it should be its like now the governor is wide open.I must be over looking somthing. This has to be somthing easy I hope. Thanks Tim
