On the farm I grew up on, we had a Farmall M, SC Case, WD45 Allis, and an 8n Ford. I love all brands, including IH. Now I have a 41 9N Ford that I plow the garden with and blade snow with. I'm not real famimiar with the Farmall A, but I know my 9n is a totally dependable, fun, stable little workhorse. I live in Northern ND, and it starts all winter long, Below zero I plug it in and never fails to start.
