You will need every part frm the pinion to the cover and lever assembly. I would guess if you have a cherry picker and tools, about 5 hours to remove. Putting it in will be about 15 more due to disassembly needed on the recieving M. That would be assuming you are an organized skilled mechanic, with a facility to work with comfort and clean work space. Prepare by purchasing gaskets and seals ahead of the need. The top cover is easily sealed with a light film of RTV instread of a gasket. Replace the seals on the Pinion shaft to be assured there is no contamination getting into the new clutch pack. Jim
