I have a 1953 Super C and I would think that the clutch would be pretty simaler to your's.Where the linkage from the clutch pedal goes into the tractor there is a small hole in the bottom of the tractor about the size of your fist. There should be a threaded shaft with two jam nuts on it. Adjusting them toward the back of the tractor should should take out the play and to the front to add play.On my C it was adjusted out all the way and I had to put in a new clutch and throw out bearing. Sounds bad but was not very hard at all with the help of a buddys engine hoist. It's important that when your all done that you your clutch pedal has approx. 1 1/2 inchs of free travel from the plate the clutch pedal rest against to the point you feel it start to get disengage.Hope this all makes since to you, I'm not very good a putting thoughts in writting. If you have any problems feel free to give me an e-mail. There are some very smart folks on this site and some of them may be of more help than I. Paul
