I just bought a 1948 OS-4 from a local man who bought it new in 1950. The tractor is in increadible shape & I was told it never spent a night left outside. Right now, the tractor has a period-correct Massey-Harris loader on it (off a 1942 Massey 202) & it came w/ a 7' snow-blade for the winter plowing. We don't need this tractor to work, so, is there value in me un-mounting the loader & selling it, or does that de-value the tractor? We are in southern Maine & I have never seen another one of these tractors, but, there were a lot of orchards here in the 30's-50's from what I have been told.
