take off the fuel line at the carb and see if gas is flowing good.If not take off the line completely and blow it out,then take off the sediment bowl and clean it out good and the take of the screen up in the valve assembly.Once youve got all of that clean open up the valve and see if there is a good flow.If not you nedd to get the gas out take off the valve asembly and clean the crude out of the tank outlet.If all of that is ok to start with,your float could be out of adjustment not letting enough gas in or the carb wasnt cleaned good enough.
