M and W used to make the side plates. Think you might have a hard time finding a pair. You could make your own starting with an axle housing gasket to locate the bolt holes. You will also need the IH Fast Hitch parts from 340, 350, 450, 460, 560.
If you do a good job on the side plates, you could have a shop flame cut them with a computer or cut them with a waterjet ot laser. You should be able to market them on eBay. Flame is cheaper.
If you only want power up you don't need anything but one hose. Get an IH Christmas Tree valve for power up and down. Or any open center 4 way valve.
