I had a different mechanic to look at it and he took inspection plate off and verified it was clutch. And the clutch goes to the bottom. It would run before today but now i cant get it crank or turn over. I hoped flywheel had broken tooth or something like that that will not allow it to crank. I think mechanic said flywheel would need to be turned.
