My F-14 was badly flooding. On advice I have gotten from you good people,I have solved that problem. However, when I pull the throttle back now, instead of black puffs of smoke,I get the cutting back as I was before. It will eventually pick up,but sometimes it will cut off.If I pull the throttle slowly,as in one notch at a time it will do ok.Secondly, the engine wants to race up and fdown as I pull the throttle and when I push it back down it starts idleing down and will speed up and down for a moment before it finally stops. Will the mag coil cause the problems of the cutting back.If so how can I check it to see if its weak? And lastly, isnt there suppose to be a spring in the governor somewhere and if so where?Could that be the cause of my surging problems/Again I thank you good people.TLK JTA that I fixed my flooding problem by adjusting the float.Think I may have gone too far on it?
