I have a IH 574 diesel that has started losing power every now and then.It started last fall while using the loader the rpm's would slowly drop then come back up. I would give it more throttle but no change in rpm's then suddenly it would start to run fine again. I was hoping it was plugged filters but I changed them and it did it again the other day while I was moving snow. You can watch the tach slowly drop then come back up. It doesn't do this often but it has done it enough that I'm getting concerned. Could this be anything other than the injector pump hoping for a cheaper fix than that.
