Finally I am getting the engine put back together in my Super MTA Diesel. The new sleeves litteraly drop into place once you get them started. The old ones fit much tighter. I read in the service manual that they used to make .002 oversize sleeves. Does anyone know where I can find some or is there some way to make my standard size sleeves work. They are for a 4 1/8" piston. I don't know a lot about mechanic work, but I know they should fit tighter than they do.
