To do mine I used the belly pump drive shaft and put a grade 8 allen head bolt in one of the cotter pin holes and turned it with a 24" crescent wrench. The collar on the shaft will help keep it from falling off. I blocked the wheels and put the tractor in 5th gear so that the countershaft didn't turn. Once the nut comes off it is a very simple job.
