Hello there, my name is Paul Vance and I have recently purchased an old (running) tractor. I know it is an International because I can see the IH symbol cast into different parts of the block and trans. I am having great difficulty identifying exactly which model I have. The engine cover is gone as are all tags and decals. It does have an aftermarket front end loader made by Superior Equipment welded to the front(also works). The only number on the tag that I can read is (2517 J). My best guess so far, from comparing pictures on the web, is a mid to late 50's 300. Please help, its driving me crazy!!! I want to get started on my restoration but I don't even know which manual to get. If someone out there can help me, may you never bust a rusty bolt again. thanks... Paul Vance
