Hi John, does your 364 have power steering? Does it have 2 hydraulic pumps stacked one behind the other? One for 3pt and the other for PS OR is it single hydraulic pump with flow control/divider valve on right side of engine? Does the PS work good? There are a couple valves on the casting in front of the seat, one is turn IN to close OFF the 3pt and the other is PUSH IN and TURN that controls flow rate to 3pt. Make sure both are turned OUT. Check hydraulic fluid level, should cover shelf when you look in hydraulic filler hole behind the seat. There is also a hydraulic suction screen that could be clogged. Refer to Operator's manual under maintenance or caseih.com parts.
