So, the plowing pictures I just posted were taken an hour or so befor My MTA developed a serious Hyd leak between the pump, and the distributor. I gotta guess that the gasket, that I see has ruptured, is a symptom of something going on deeper inside the guts of the pump. Correct? Is this something that can be resolved with some new Napa O rings, or am I in for a trip to the Case IH dealer. The online parts breakdown doesn't show the guts of the pump, and the view in my service manual only refers to a "seal and gasket package"...
Also, What else do I need to be paying attention to when I tear into this thing?
Thanks for the help fellas. I'd like to get my plowing chores done before the next rain storm pops in next week.
