Rough Running H

Recently my H started running very rough. It runs fine for about 10 minutes (when it's cold). Once it warms up it starts sputtering and dies. It did it a couple weeks ago and I put in a new codenser. Fixed the problem, but now it's doing it again. That can't be my problem, can it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
