That loader on a Farmall 140 is supposed to be able to reach 4.7 inches below ground with a level bucket. Not sure how much that would be reduced on a 140 High Clear. Bucket would certainly touch the ground when tipped down a bit.
I would be more concerned about stability. Loaders and high clearance tractors just aren't a combination you see. This may be more hazardous going to shows (loading/unloading) than in use. You could set the wheels wider but then you increase the risk of something breaking. The IH manual specifies limits on how wide to set wheels with the loader.
The front mounting bracket has to be modified to use with the heavy duty front axle. The same modification would be required on a high clear tractor.
You really need to get the manual for the loader before you try to mount it on anything. The tire settings, front bracket modification and hydraulic connections are all covered. You can get the manual from Binder.
