We have a IH 1066 circa 1974 that has intermitant parking brake lockup where it refuses to release allowing the tractor to be shifted into gear. At this time it is locked up and will need to be repaired before it can even be moved. Is there a way to force it out of the locked position to be loaded up and taken to the repair shop and what is the cost of a permanent fix?
