The 3414 has the same 154 cu inch engine as the B-414 which tested 32.57 db hp and 35.99 pto hp. I don't have the engine hp rating but it would be around 40. You probably have a leaking head gasket to get the antifreeze in the oil although it could be something more serious. Your 3414 probably does not have a rockshaft since it was equipped with a backhoe, so you cannot put a IHC hitch on it but will have to install a aftermarket 3 point hitch. If yours does have a rockshaft, they were available but not common, on the 3414, the three point hitch from a B-414, I-424, I-444, and several later models or some current Mahindra models should fit.
