George, Why don't you just make a 'puller' out of it. Sounds like it might be lots of fun if the drive train held together. What RPM does that engine run at? 37 mph is about 3 times the speed a Super A should go which would make the RPM about 4350. Are you sure the governor is working? Interesting tractor!!! John McDevitt
