I was plowing the other night and noticed when I shift the TA into direct drive I get some slippage of the clutch or TA. If I slowed the engine a little and then returned it back to full throttle it seemed to engage fully and hold well. My question is if the problem is most likely in the engine clutch or something in the TA? I did not smell the aroma of a hot clutch even after about 4 hours. It only seems to do this when I switch form TA to DD. I do not notice any issues when the TA is pulled back. Thanks in advance.
