Need help identifying a tractor a neighbor wants to sell. Looks like a W14 (small size)from pictures in my reference books, but has the steering wheel and seat way out at the rear of the fenders. There is no ID plate that I can find, but the magneto says D50. Front wheels are spoke, rear covered with weights, both have rubber. Spark plugs are on driver's left and valve cover has a breather on driver's right. Hand clutch on left and two brake pedels on right. Tractor has not been run in 20 years and is seized. Any value in this old beast?
