Hi Richard, before attempting to prime the fuel system make sure you don't have a clogged fuel line or outlet from the fuel tank. This model of tractor has a history of bugs and other junk getting in fuel tank and then clogging outlet valve resulting in fuel starvation to the injection pump. To prime, start at the primary fuel filter(first fuel filter where the line comes from the tank) open the bleed screw and let fuel flow until no air bubbles. It helps if you pressurise the fuel tank sightly by taking a compressed air gun and a clean cloth, sticking air gun in filler hole of fuel tank and seal around air gun with clean cloth and give a couple shots of compressed air. Repeat bleeding process on secondary fuel filter. Next put STOP/START/RUN on START position and maintaining the air pressure in the fuel tank crank the engine with the starter and see if it starts. CAUTION DO NOT CRANK ENGINE with starter for more than about 1 minute at a time or starter will over heat. If it still does not start then you will have to loosen an injector line at the rear of the injection pump and attempt to start again.
BE CAREFULL NOT to get sprayed with the high pressure Diesel fuel from the injector lines.
