Lots of B's & BN's (hense the term Honey B, I think) were converted to those little loaders back in the days before skid steers were common. Kind of a neet conversion, I always thought. Most in our part of the world were used in fertilizer plants, etc, so they are really rusted. Wouldn't mind finding one in fair shape to restore. I've not seen one done to anything but a B, but there were probably others done. Newer models might be really rare. I know where there was one still in use in a grain elevator a couple of years ago.
