Books and parts come from the same places as they do for any other tractor...
Books: Binder Books, Amazon, Ebay, this site, literally dozens of places on the internet.
Parts: Local CaseIH dealer, ebay, Local tractor scrapyards, swap meets, Tractor Supply, and literally dozens of sites on the internet. Most wear and consumable parts can be obtained new from CaseIH or a network of dealers who sell parts from a supplier called A&I. You'll sometimes have to look long and hard for certain parts, checking at several scrap yards before you find the part you're looking for in usable condition. Look in your local yellow pages for scrap yards.
