got home, put tractor back together, ran it, coil never got hot, I ended up taking the cup off bottom of air breather, and it still did it..(when it started choking down i could hear a popping noise coming from where i removed cup from bottom of air filter) I only had enough time to check a few things... ohms of wires were all really close (they are new) I cleaned the points and what not.. I did notice there was a slight oil buildup in the cap.. should oil be getting into dist.?? tonight i will put light on each wire, check plugs, and possibly comp check. thanks again guys. also quick question.. we have the woods L59 belly mower with the huge single belt... where can i get replacement belts? and also where can i get parts for my farmall? thanks!
