hey, has anyone out there tore one of these down? I'm trying to put mine back together and have some little rubber seals that I don't know where they go.they are about 1/4 to 5/16 in diameter and 1/2 to 3/4 in length and have a small hole through the center of them. any help would be appreciated. Robert
