I honestly don't know if he really would have better luck posting in the classifieds. I for one only look at the classifieds if I'm looking for something specific, which isn't often, I never browse though there for the off chance that someone may be looking for something I might have. Got alot of parts laying around(not what he needs though) that I've never bothered listing, but every now and then I see someone on the Farmall forum who's needing something I have.
By the way, it would help though if he would have specified in the title to the post that he's looking for a part/parts and what tractor it's for, just to save everyone the trouble of clicking on it if they don't have what he needs.
