Yes, it's the stamped wheel to rim bolts, yes, this S/A has a cast wheel on the right, which appears to have the correct hardware. The stamped wheel side holes are awfully wallowed out from the bolts being run too loose. I'm half temped to center a thick washer over the worn holes and weld it in place so the wheel center doesn't tend to wander about the bolts so. For now I'll try proper hardware and see if that holds it still. The square bolsters or lugs welded to the rim have also been beat up so that a square head will wobble in there a little but if I can get it drawn down good, it might stick. It sure made a heck of a lot of noise. I've got some photos here that shows that there is a lot of wear in the holes. I'm going to try the local Fastenal store tomorrow and see if they can accommodate me on the square head 5/8" bolts. The center photo is of the cast wheel on the right side showing the nested square head bolt you describe. See in the one photo the little rectangular insert that sits down in the square lug and that the bolt passes through.
