I guess I don't understand what plugs you have on your final drive. On mine there is a sheetmetal pan on each final drive that you remove to drain the final drives, the plug which is about an inch above the bottom of the casting is for filling the final drives. You will need new gaskets for the pans, available from Case/IH. To drain the trans and differential, there is a plug at the rear of the differential, on the right side. That drains the trans, differential and PTO. There is another plug partway up the left side of the trans which is the level plug. Fill the trans thru the plug in the top of the trans until it reaches the level plug.
