so what are you saying? does it start or not start.i am puzzled by your saying,"to fill the precups with some fuel".this is a precumbustion chamber for the glow plugs.this chamber only goes in 1 way, its marked top i believe...that can make starting hard also if not correctly installed.BUT once the glow plugs are red hot , then you crank it over so the ATOMIZED fuel is sprayed in and hits the hot air and explodes.you also mentioned black smoke while cranking.these ihc dont smoke black, thats not normal. it should be a grey hase, even when pulling hard.thats why i said to check the timingas you dont know what the other person did with this tractor.let us know how you make out.
