Well i think ya overlooked one small little detail here , now ya may have a sight valve problem but what about the pre cups ???? did ya pull them and look them over and if ya did have them out did ya get them back in correctly??? IF ya have a couple injectors leaking then ya need to pull them back out and clean up the seating area and put new sealing rings in and when installing them ya have to walk them in torquing them in a little at a time on each bolt untill ya reach the torque limit . There are two sealing rings per injector one for the pre cup and one for the injector. IF the injectors all break test with in 25-50 lbs of each one she should run fine if there is a big difference then ya had best go back thru them . Now if memory serve me correctly there was and early and late injector used on them and there were two different breaking pressure . Also how is the compression on this engine as this will have and effect . How is the injection pump has it been put on a stand and the CC's checked to each injector as this will also affect the engine.
