Old Fellow sort of or semi kin to "THE WIFE" passed away, had an old tractor...First word I had was, "Just go make them any kind of an offer, They want it out of the way". I was headin' to South La. at the time, went over last night price had went up to $1000. A lady at the house told Me "lots of people from up north buy these old antiques off the internet to drive in parades".....Tractor looks like a "C" Farmall, was told it was a SUPER "C"....Does have a drag disc ( John Deere) a few cultivators and plows, look like Home made implement bars. The man said 'WE can put in a hot battery and drive it around, it runs good". Went back today, daylight, it don't look to good....No generator or any wirein' at all, (reasonin' for the hot battery part?)gauges all shot, was told water pump leaks pretty good so it doesn't have any water in it...Didn't try to start it. Tires are up and fair.Seat may not be original, Number on plate under seat is 69059. ( Nothin' in My serial number book matches This ) I'm not sharp on "C"s...No letters on hood or grille....I don't need this tractor, I'd bet it needs everything from A to Z...Man did say "HE would not guarantee the tractor"....I wouldn't mind ownin' a Super C ....don't mind workin' on tractors But???Yaw'LLs Opinion....Is this a $200 to $300 Tractor ? I have heard it said, what something is worth is what a person is willin'to pay but a person can pay too much

Thanks,
Wild Bill
