I don't completely agree with Gary and Andy. Over the years I've taken two loaders from Utilities and mounted them on Farmalls. I'll use 300 as an example. Distance from rear axle carrier to front of front bolster, is within 2" between Farmall and Utility. The front bolster is the same height in relation to the axle carrier. The basic difference is height of entire tractor off the ground, usually around 3". Both loaders I changed, had no problem lowering below ground level.
The 340 is shorter than 300, but so is the H shorter than a 300. My dad had to add 3" to axle mounts of a No.31 loader going from H to a Farmall 300, in order for loader cross member to clear the narrow front tires.
I think your biggest problem may be hydraulics, photos weren't clear enough, however I think your looking at a loader with hydraulic bucket requiring two remote valves. Does your H have that type of hydraulics? You might want to check that one out. It could get expensive, especially if you want live hydraulics.
