If that back cross member is diagnol flat bar, it will be a plow built at Canton IL Most Canton built plows had A, B, C, H or M in front of the number, and the letter indicated the tractor plow was intended for.
Then there are also Hamilton ON built plows and they all had model numbers that started C-xxx C in this case indicating Canada. Canadian built IH plows all have a perpendicular or square across back cross member. Given your location and the fact that all those years Canadian dollar was $0.75 or less USD, a lot of equipment, all makes got trucked to Michigan.
That is the only real difference between US and Canadian built plows, doesn't matter what size or configuration. US built plow has diagnol cross member, Canadian built has perpendicular cross member.
