I went to an auction today to look at an SC and a ACB. The allis was a nice straight tractor. No Hydraulics, no starter mag only, but it started good and ran great the tires were good but weathered, It sold for 190.00.
The Super C had very good tires. It had the cultivators, straight metal and no leaks I could see, and a new battery box. It started ok but the guy starting it flooded it. It had a single front wheel and Ran like a top.
The SC sold for 220.00 I am shocked. This spring the ACB would have sold for at least 600.00 and the SC would have went for 1000.00 easy.
I guess today just wasn’t a good day to sell old tractors.
I didn't have the space for them or I would have got them cleanded them up made them start a little better and sold them next spring.
Anyone else see super deals they just could not take advantage of? Ron
