Wonder also if it might be something put together with parts from the box for from a C or SuperC. Ont he latter, anyway, it's just got the two sides and the lid. The ends are covered by the panel box at the bottom of the steering pedestal and the rear of the Touch Control unit. The hold-downs with the T-bolts are centered on each side. On the customary one-piece box for the B, the hold-downs are on the ends, off-center, near opposite corners.
