Has: 50 years ago there was a standard in the industry, distance from end of PTO shaft to drawbar pin hole. It used to be 14", and was quite reliable for mainline manufacturers equipment and center line PTO tractors.
When my dad bought the 130 it came with fast hitch, and we wanted to use couple of pto implements, thus we fabricated a drawbar to be same specs behind pto as H or 300. One item was the IH 7' semi-mounted sickle mower, and that one is easy as mower was designed for H or 300 on 72" wheel tread. You put a 130 on 56" wheel tread and mower PTO is in direct line with tractor PTO.
Next was a 130 bushel manure spreader, bit more difficult. PTO is offset 8" to left of tractor centerline. Pulling that big spreader we knew we couldn't put drawbar hitch point directly behind the PTO. The little tractor was going to be loaded to it's limit and then some with 130 bushel spreader. We split the difference and placed drawbar 4" offset left from center line if tractor, yet still 4" offset right from centerline of PTO. We then very carefully with PTO not running, put tractor and manure spreader through every possible manuver we could think of, with a second guy on behind to watch PTO drive line. It was a bit of trial and error, however we adjusted the drawbar hole to work with standard PTO implements. I have baled hay with 130 and NH S-69 baler, not a lot, but it did work for that.
About the only thing I can suggest is come as close to the 14" measure as possible, and as close to centerline with PTO, then very carefully put it through it's paces (PTO out of gear) with someone on behind watching.
