I am not going to restore it to MFG specs instead I want to add my own twists to her.For example. The battery is held in place by twine so I am going to make a diamond plate box for it to sit in.

The man I bought it from said he replace the clutch shortly before he left it to sit.He said he never had time to work on it.

It's sitting on 1 front wheel.he gave me a whole new front end for it.

The radiator cap wont tighten so I need a new one.

The gas tank is full of old gas so I need to dump it and change the plugs out.I am shocked I got it running and so was the farmer. He told me it was worth at least double what I paid since I got it running.I hope he is not angry.

I am going to take the tin off and blast it and repair the few rust holes that are there.

There is no guard over the PTO so I am going to fab one for it.

He has a 1930's deere crawler in his back 40 that he wants to get rid of also.He said it need a new head.

The exaust manifold on this H has gobs of weld all over it and I wonder if I should replace it or try to grind the welds to the contour of the original steel?

I got stuck in the middle of the highway the other night I could not get her into gear.Scared me like no tomorrow being foggy out and cars cruising at 70 through there.

As soon as a car came within a 1/5 mile I finally got her to go.So it has sat since.I think it's just a pin that holds the shifter in place.I noticed it was lose.

LenNH-My grandpa who happens to be 76 grew up on a Minnesota farm has lots of stories about those "old" tractors. He was there when I came pulling up and he had a grin as big as my 2 year old did.

Thanks guys.
