If it has been sitting that long with new rings in it I would put about 1/2 cup of ATF in each cylinder and let it sit a few days. That will lube the cylinders and also help remove the rust that will be there. I would also rig up some way to pressurize the oil system. My self I have a small air tank I rigged up so I can hook it in the oil line and then apply air pressure to it and that blows oil into all the oil passage ways
