Springtooth grass seed drill size for a tractor -656/2656/6

Hi, Skyharbor just asked one of my questions I always wondered about with a disk. I have a (still not sure) industrial tractor with a c-263 gas engine and prob a 2656, 656, or 606. It has a loader with a backhoe on the back. I suppose this one would also pull a 12' tandem disk.

If I want to add on a springtooth to work the horse corral and also smooth out some pasture ground and prepare some pasture for overseeding with brome, what is the max size springtooth that would work? Also what is the max size drill that can be used for seeding brome or alfalfa for that matter?

We have an old steel wheel grain drill that has been sitting out by the barn and the hopper still looks good. It is probably about a 12 footer or so. Could that be fixed up to plant brome and if so what spacing does brome require?

My Mother-in-law, besides the pasture & crp, has about 90 some acres of crop ground rented out that sometime I would be tempted to turn into a haying operation someday provided I had my own swather & baler.
