I am working on a IH 444 gas with a Marval TSX-896 carb. The Fuel shut off valve on the carb was just sitting in the hole and has wore out the side of the threaded area so it looks like it is bent and it does not actuate. I have an IT manual but not a parts manual. I have several questions: does anyone know of a palace that might have this part? If not could someone post the part number?
In addition the fuel pump seems to be very low output. Upon disconnecting the fuel line and turning on pump it just runs out in a very thin stream, maybe a couple of ounces a minute. This seems way to slow. Are these pumps canned units or can I take it a part to clean/rebuild it .
