I don't know about a manual but I just finished rebuilding what I believe is a model 28 fast hitch mower. Is yours pitman operated or pitmanless? Feel free to contact me if I can help. Mine looked like a simple job when I brought it home but it turned out to be a whole lot more work after I had time to examine it thoroughly.
