The mixture should be no more dangerous than pure gasoline. Gasoline produces enough fumes to explode even when it's as cold as 40 below zero F. Most kerosene has to get up to about 100 F before it will produce enough fumes to "flash." Mixing gas and kerosene should put the flash point somewhere in between the two. To be safe, I would treat the mixture with the same caution as you would gasoline: Benzene and other highly evaporative compounds in the Gasoline will still evaporate out of the mixture and make explosive fumes. There's some stuff called "spare tank" for sale that is gasoline with the benzene removed: it's supposed to be safe (enough) to carry in the trunk of your car. I have never used it, and am not familiar with it's flash point, so I would still treat it with the same caution as gasoline.
