From the way you are describing it, it sounds like it is hooked up as an open center double acting system. If so, the answer is yes, you can put on three spools to do as you said. You can even just add two more to the one you have. Just plumb from the the return line of the existing spool to the "in" port of the next spool, then plumb the return line into the "out" port of the last spool.
Essentially you are making a loop from the pump, through all the spools and then back to the resevoir, which then feeds the pump. Oil is always circulating through there, and is routed to one of the cylinders on the loader or the remote couplers when you move one of the spools.
The hookups under the tank went to whatever you wanted, whether a loader or cultivator or a mower or...
