ahhh... ok, I think I'm getting it. I guess I was using the wrong verbage. So independent is what I want.... not live. Live is clutch/tranny driven (ex- you have to have the tranny engaged to have the PTO work). Independent (which now makes sense) is independent of the transmission. If the motor is on, you have PTO when you want or need it. Which is what I want and apperantly have. I haven't picked up the tractor yet so some of the dumber questions will work themselves out, I hope.
On another note, my tractor doesn't have a side belt attached. i am not sure I would need it but if I wanted to, can it be put on?
