Hi, 1pr is a good picker, you have to put more pressure on the husking rolls. The rolls use compression springs on adjustment bolts located on the ends of the husking rolls,at the gear drive end of rolls you can see the springs there is one bolt to adjust 2 sets of rolls to your left. The 3rd set of rolls to right has its own adjustment bolt.Do not overtighten causes excessive wear. Ajustment nuts are located on outside of tin work. The same on opposite end. The rubber paddles have to be in decent shape they put pressure on ears so rolls can peel husks off. Can you lower paddles any further? I made new paddles from old tires. More pressure on husking rolls will make it husk clean. My picker husks good.
